Old bloggers never die, they just can't be bothered most of the time (but are always writing in their head - fantastic funny stories of which they are always the star and come off looking like an absolute champion wife/mother/secret agent - except for the times when they do something really dumb and just end up looking like a total loser......

Anyway - after that mammoth effort - I just wanted to say that I am still alive and I really do have so much to write about and yet, struggle to put it all into words let alone find the time/energy (bahahaha that's so funny, I haven't got the energy to sit on my rear end in a comfortable chair and write) - but you know what I mean.........

Like many bloggers, I'm a bit of a collector of moments.

I  hear something or see something, that in my head creates a whole blogging story, which I must immediately relay to all and sundry (read: mother/sister/hubby and Karen - the only people I know who actually read and  want more of my blog - love you guys!!!!) and I store it away for future use (because as of yet, I haven't got a computer linked to my brain which will actually type up these stories, place them on my blog and send it out in to the big wide world).

But as luck would have it, I am also getting older and my brain no longer retains the things I want it to (like all the really good blogging moments over the last 6mths or whenever it was that I last wrote) hence the huge gap in my posts.

Sigh.

So here I am, resorting to some manual labour (using 3 fingers to type)to relay this little moment that amused me so much I nearly drove off the road......

The other day I was driving Harri and Ellie to a birthday party, down a very steep hill.

Ellie started to have a little scream over the downward angle of the car, when Harri pipes up with...

"Pshaww Ellie. It'sall OK.  Mum's a very good driver. She's been driving for years and years and years. Yep. You know the dinosaurs. Well, Mum's been driving since they were around".

Cheeky. Little. Man.

Hehehe, well I've missed your blog miss Helen. And you. ;) I haven't blogged since last September so you're doing better than me! This is the first time I've popped onto any blogs this year. Thinking of getting back into it.. maybe. :)
PS Harri is hilarious! xx
