Don't you just love the little choruses from Sunday School! And isn't it amazing how easily you can remember the words from 20 odd years ago, but can't remember where you left your keys five minutes ago!! Anyway, God is so good! That's the thought going round and round in my head at the moment.
I have been challenged about my prayer life recently - the importance of prayer - and the incredible gift it is to be able to bring anything and everything before the God who created the universe!! He cares about my inmost being!!!! I know, it's awesome eh! So, I have been praying. I have been bringing all my petitions, praise and thanksgiving to God. I am still struggling with how to say things, but it doesn't seem to matter because I know He's listening. And He answers!
Yep, I have irrefutable proof of that. I prayed specifically about renting a house that we went and looked at in Hervey Bay. I specified a time that I would like to move into it and asked for God's help. You'll never guess?! Yep, it all happened. Just like I asked. I know that this may not sound like a big thing to anybody else, but to me it was like God put his hand on my shoulder and said "Don't you know by now that I love you?"
There are no co-incidences in life someone told me recently. I agree. Just a God who cares about each one of us in the most overwhelming way. Whew! I just want to float around on this little feel-good bubble for a while.....

Yay!!!! Praise God! That is GREAT news. Yes, I've been praying more too, and feel it's just what HE wants us to do.... to lean on Him, realise our weaknesses and come before Him for help in everything!
